Roger
Allen, Executive consultant.
Roger formed the company in October 1998, having worked as executive booker for Malcolm
Murray Group of Companies. Prior to that Roger was an executive for Leisure Services
Agency the in-house booking agency for the Rank Organisation. He was responsible for the
co-ordination of the Entertainment, Budgeting and auditioning for Haven Holiday’s 56
Holiday Sites. This involved engaging the resident bands and visiting cabarets. Rogers key
responsibility when joining Mecca in 1991 was to assist with the setting up of Leisure
Services Agency. During the year 2000 Roger returned to a Freelance consultant and assist
LSA with their engagement of Entertainers for Haven Holidays. Having worked in the
Entertainment Industry for over thirty six years, Roger has a wealth of experience and
respectability.
Mike Jerome, Director.
Mike has a wealth of experience with 35 years working as Comedy Entertainer. The last 3
years has see Mike gain respect as a personal manager to a number of tribute and boybands.
Mike started as a redcoat and was the out right winner of Opportunity Knocks in 1988.
Sarah Rouse.
 Sarah has been working in the entertainment industry for thirteen years. In her earlier career she was a successful vocalist in theatre, cruise ships and holiday centres. She later joined Bourne Leisure at Butlins Bognor Regis where she gained experience in directing and producing. Also at this time she took charge of a team of fifteen entertainers and guided them through large scale production shows from, Rehearsal schedules, mic plots, tech runs and temper tantrums!!
Now Sarah has joined forces with M.I.C she feels her wealth of experience, drive, ambition and a new fresh approach can take M.I.C to greater heights in the entertainment industry.
Administration
Administration of the Company’s Artistes and Venues are controlled by a purpose
written software programme for our fully computerised contracting system, the compute
system also controls the Venues, Artistes and Agency accounts, with software programme to
enable us to pay artistes by BACS direct payment system thus giving the Artistes a quick
turn round with their payments.
Production Department
This department is controlled, supervised and run by Taylor Made Shows our productions
range from Summer Seasons, Touring Shows to lavish spectacular floor shows. Incorporating
the full facilities of this production house means we are able to provide a totally
comprehensive service in production and presentation complimented by a wardrobe of over
10,000 dance and theme costumes. Our socialist team who understands the particular needs
and requirements of our clients will deal with the technical services, Corporate
production and Event Planning |
